Ado LG Chairman Mourns APC Stalwart’s Wife, Describes Loss as ‘Irreparable’

The Executive Chairman of Ado Local Government Area, Engr. Sunny Oche, has expressed profound shock and deep sorrow over the death of Mrs. Regina Alenyi Uloko, describing her passing as a painful and irreparable loss to the council, the political community, and the people of Ado.
Mrs. Uloko was the beloved wife of Chief Vincent Ejeh Uloko, a prominent figure in the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the traditional title holder of Odoojor of Ado and Onaolor W’Ufia.
In a statement issued by his Principal Private Secretary, Innocent Igelle, the Chairman noted that the late Mrs. Uloko was a woman of admirable character whose quiet strength, dignity, and unwavering support significantly complemented the public and political engagements of her husband.
Engr. Oche said her demise is not only a devastating blow to the immediate Uloko family but also to the APC family and the entire Ado Local Government community. He emphasized his longstanding political relationship and shared progressive ideals with Chief Uloko, stressing that such moments demand unity, solidarity, and collective support.
On behalf of the government and people of Ado Local Government Area, as well as the leadership and members of the APC in the council, the Chairman extended heartfelt condolences to Chief Uloko and the entire family.
He assured them of his personal support and that of the Council and the APC family throughout the mourning period, burial arrangements, and interment.
Engr. Oche also prayed that Almighty God grants the soul of Mrs. Regina Alenyi Uloko eternal rest and gives her husband and family the fortitude to bear the profound loss.
