PROJECT 1 2025: Adoche Agbese Partners Leaders and Stakeholders to Restore Agila Police Station

In a groundbreaking move, Adoche Joseph Agbese A.K.A Soonest has unveiled an ambitious plan to restore the Agila Police Station to its former glory as a full-fledged Police Division.

Dubbed “Project 1 2025 is time bound, January to November 18th, 2025.

This comprehensive undertaking according to Adoche Agbese Joseph (Soonest) who said is collaborating with our leader, Chief Dr Mike Okibe Onoja CON, The Akanaba k’Idoma and Agama Y’agila, Chief John Aboh, The Ohaje k’Idoma and Odojor Y’agila, Mr. Sunday Odagba, Agila Development Association, The Parish Priest, St. Peter Catholic Church Agila, Rev. Fr. Omale and other stakeholders aims to revitalize the existing policing infrastructure to bolster other facilities and augment the community policing initiative of the youth thereby enhancing security and providing top-notch policing services to the community.

Mr. Adoche Agbese Joseph A.K.A Soonest is an Agila born Tyre Marchant who has made an imprint in the Nigeria tyre’s market, dealing on all types and sizes of tyres and very passionate about peace and development of Agila.

The Agila Police Station, which has been moribund for over two decades with no police presence or stationed operation in the community for several years, is poised to undergo a transformative makeover with the station’s upgrade to a Police Division in view. This will not only bolster policing operational capabilities but also foster a safer and more secure environment for the lives and properties of our people especially with the relative peace between Agila and Ngbo.

 

The revamped Police Station (Division) when completed will tackle the complex security challenges facing the community. A dedicated team of investigators, patrol units, and community policing officers will work in tandem to prevent and respond to crimes, ensuring a significant reduction in crime rates. Furthermore, the station will prioritize community engagement, fostering strong relationships with residents and promoting a culture of trust and cooperation.

The project is community-driven with Adoche Agbese Joseph at the forefront driving community involvement and support, while we are encouraged to contribute to the project’s success.

Speaking with Pan Afric Reporters, Adoche Agbese Joseph (Soonest) said he has already commence consultation with leaders and stakeholders on the important of the project and the need to support it.

We are hopeful that with this, federal government presence will be in Agila, which will attract other institutions especially sister agencies to Agila thereby revamping the economy of Agila

Project Timeline and Milestones

The project is expected to be completed by 2025, with the following key milestones:

– Phase 1: Infrastructure renovation and upgrade (January – July 2025)
– Phase 2: Completion and Inspection (July -October 2025)
– Phase 3: Commissioning and Handover(18th November 2025)

As Project 1 2025 takes shape, the community is eagerly anticipating the restoration of the Agila Police Station as a Police Division.
