APC Extends Forms Sale for Zonal Congress, National Convention; Announces Venue Change for South-South

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has approved an extension of the deadline for the purchase and submission of nomination forms for its forthcoming Zonal Congress and National Convention.
The party in a press statement issued on Monday in Abuja by the National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Felix Morka announced that the exercise, earlier scheduled to close sooner, will now run from March 12 to March 23, 2026.
The APC, however, clarified that the adjustment affects only the timeline for the purchase and submission of forms and does not alter the previously announced dates for the main events.
According to the statement, the Zonal Congress will hold on March 25, 2026, while the National Convention is scheduled for March 26 to March 27, 2026, as earlier communicated.
The party also announced a change of venue for the South-South Zonal Congress, which will now take place in Asaba, Delta State.
It disclosed that official notice of the adjustments has been duly forwarded to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in compliance with statutory requirements.
The APC urged all members, aspirants and stakeholders to take note of the updates and make necessary adjustments ahead of the critical party activities.
