LGA PARTY EXCO ENDORSES BUBA AS PARTY FLAG-BEARER FOR CONSTITUENCY IN THE 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS.
Ahead of Party primary elections of the ruling APC variously scheduled for sometime this month for Federal and State elections, respectively,officials of the Party in Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State have unanimously endorsed and adopted the Member representing Gombi/Hong Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives,Rt
( Hon.)Dr. Yusuf Buba Yakub,as their sole candidate and flag-bearer for that House of Representatives’ seat.
The above ,which was contained in letter dispatched to the lawmaker by the officials,a copy of which was also made available to media men in Adamawa State, Saturday,it was indicated that the endorsement became necessary as a result of what they identified as the lawmaker’s “track records”.
In the letter titled: ENDORSEMENT OF HON. YUSUF BUBA YAKUB AS OUR CANDIDATE IN THE 2023 ELECTION and signed by the entire 27 officials of the Party at its Hong Local Government Area Chapter of the State,it was generally hinted that the officials,who are all automatic delegates in the primary election that will determine the standard bearer of the Party for a seat in the House of Representatives, remain resolute to queue behind the candidature of their current Rep.

“We,the undersigned being Executives of APC Hong Local Government have unanimously endorsed Hon. Yusuf Buba Yakub as our flag bearer for Gombi/Hong Federal Constituency for 2023 general election.
“His track records have convinced us to endorse him for continuity.”
While expressing gratitude for the honour done to him,the Member,who is also Chairman, Committee on Foreign Affairs of the current House,said he was humbled by the trust and confidence his people reposed in him. He also added that a renewed mandate for him at the Green Chambers of the National Assembly would mean better service-delivery for the good people of his Constituency.
