HON. LAMI, 30 OTHERS BAG BENUE VALLEY ADVANCEMENT AWARD

The Benue Valley Advancement Award (BVAA)   has Honoured the Honourable member elect, Benue State House of Assembly; Ado constituency,  Hon. Mrs Lami Danladi Ogenyi alongside thirty (30) other Nigerians who have distinguished themselves in different areas of life.

 

The hourable member elect received the award at the organization’s maiden edition  held at the Dream Event Center Makurdi,  10th March, 2023.

The awards come in different categories in recognition of the  awardees’ efforts and contributions  to human development, bearing positive impact on society.

 

Hon. Lami bags BVAA ROLE MODEL TO THE FEMALE CHILD OF THE YEAR, 2022 AWARD  in recognition of her enormous contributions to humanity, particularly her stance for the emancipation of the female child in tandem  with SDGs aimed at gender balancing and inclusiveness in all human  endeavors. The award  has received the applaud of many and  described as deserving of the impassioned humanitarian.

 

Others who bagged the BVAA in other categories include  the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence corp (NSCDC) commandant, BENUE state command; Rev. Dr. Philip Anuku Akoh and Hon. Mrs. Salome Shiden Tor, the executive chairman of Logo local government, Benue state who were awarded as the most outstanding security Chief and the overall best performing Local government chairman of the year 2022 in the state respectively.

 

The Honourable member elect and the  deputy speaker of the 10th Benue assembly hopeful was ably represented at the award ceremony  by Comr. Otokpa Dickson in company of Comr. Adai Pius at the Dream event center Makurdi.

 

The Honourable member elect through representative at the event expresses her  profound appreciation to the organizers of BVAA for considering her worthy of such a great honour,  describes it as an act of encouragement that will spur her to do more, promises to do more in that regard with all her strength and all her resource.
