Ado LGC Boss to improve security and enhance quality of life for his people

Ado Local Government Council Chairman Hon. Engr. Sunny Oche has reiterated his commitment to improving the security and the quality of life of Adolites and residents of the council area.
Hon. Oche reiterated this today at Maryam Babangida National Center for Woman Development, Tafawa Balewa Way Central Business District Abuja where he is participating in a three day seminar organized by the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) which brought together local government council leaders from across the country to discuss pressing issues on national security.
The seminar with the theme: Addressing Security and Other Contemporary Challenges at the Local Government Areas in Nigeria, focused on enhancing the capacity of local government council chairmen in tackling security challenges in their domain.
The Ado Local Government Council Boss while addressing the press stated that, he remains committed to leveraging the knowledge gained from this seminar to improve security and enhance the quality of life for his people.
He noted the importance of the seminar as Ado Local Government Area has been bedevilled by the activities of criminal elements and vowed to make the local government very uncomfortable for all criminal elements.
The seminar seeks to equip the ALGON members with valuable insights and strategies that they can implement in their councils to serve their people better.
The Governor of Benue State, His Excellency Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia was honoured with an award of Excellent Performance during today’s event.
