Chairmanship Aspirant for the just concluded local government poll in Benue State has issued a disclaimer over a purported publication of a petition titled “complaint of advance fee fraud by All progressive Congress APC Benue state chapter” written to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) demanding for a refund of expression and interest form fee for the just concluded Local Government elections in Benue State.
The aspirant who expresses non knowledge of the forum and the petition said is very disheartening to see his name as part of the petitioners.

My attention have been drawn to the purported publication of a petition titled “complaint of advance fee fraud by All progressive Congress APC Benue state chapter” written to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) demanding for a refund of expression and interest form fee for the just concluded Local Government elections in Benue State
I, Hon Sir, Andrew Odumu KSM and my entire supporters hereby dissociate ourselves from this said petition, which I know nothing about and felt very disheartened to see my name as part of the petitioners.
The public is aware that I aspired to become the local Government chairman of Ado Local Government in the just concluded APC primaries, and when I lost the ticket for the chairmanship, I accepted my fate and have been supportive and loyal to the party.
While it may be quite painful to lose an election especially where they are lots of expectations from your supporters, I have move on and in a very close alliance with my Brother the executive Chairman Ado local Government *Engr, Suny Oche* who emerged victorious in the process. I am happy he won and we are working together to advance Ado local Government to achieve progress, peace and rapid developments to meet the yearnings of the good people of Ado.
It’s quite unfortunate to be dragged to the public space via such unwarranted petition of a forum which I know nothing about . Such faceless groups should count me out of their agenda, as I am not one of them.
I want the APC Benue state chapter, SWC, the entire public to please take note and to use this medium to state in a clear terms that, I Hon Sir Andrew Odumu KSM, my teeming supporters have no knowledge about the petition to EFCC and I am not a member of the so-called forum of local Government aspirants of APC 2024.
I am and will remain a loyal member of my party APC which I am absolutely loyal to and working with to actualized the developmental mandate to the people of Ado Local Government Area of Benue state .
I am loyal to the administration of the Executive Governor of Benue state, HE Governor Hyacient Allia, and believe in his good intentions to Benue people , and his achievements so far, are even visible to the blind.
For me and my supporters, we will continue to say, “Yes father 2027”.
