DAILY HOPE DEVOTIONAL: FEBRUARY 23 Topic: DIVINE HELP (2) Scriptures: Luke 4:25-27, 1 Kings 17:12-16
There is nobody that can exist without the help of God. If you think that you are sufficient on your own and that there is no place for God in your life; you won’t go far in life. Life is difficult and tough but the help of God makes it worth living. There may be many persons with same situation as yours, but God has set you apart to be visited with a divine help. Grace had found you and distinguished you for an unexplainable turn around blessings.
The devil has made people believe that God is somehow unapproachable and too busy to be bothered with anything. But that is a lie from the pit of hell! Anytime you receive the word of God, it requires action – which is your faith in order to bring it to pass. Whatever your problem may be, our God is able. He will help you, He will provide for your needs, He will take care of you, He will sustain you, He will keep you and deliver you from trouble.
God did it for the widow of Zarapheth. She was nobody special, the Bible doesn’t even record her name, but the one thing it does record was her faith in the word of God. The promise of God was fulfilled to the letter as Prophet Elijah had delivered it. Daily food for her and her family, the jar of meal didn’t run out and the bottle of oil didn’t become empty. God is always faithful and true to his word, He is more than enough, always willing to help and puts you on the right side of every situation, when you put your faith and trust in His ability.
PRAYER POINTS:
(1) My Father and my God, please forgive me in anywhere I have underestimated your power in my life.
(2) Oh God, help me to access divine help over my situations (mention them one after the other)
(3) Bring me out of financial debts and help me to live daily in supernatural abundance.
CONFESSION:
By the help of Almighty God, I access the keys to unlock supernatural abundance of blessings upon my life.
