Ado Local Government Chairman Attends Trade Fair in Makurdi, Pledges Support for Local Businesses

Makurdi, Benue State|The Chairman of Ado Local Government Engr. Hon. Sunny Oche is attending the ongoing trade fair in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, where he reiterated his administration’s commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and boosting economic development at the grassroots level.

The trade fair, which attracted a wide range of participants from within and outside the state, showcased locally made products, agricultural goods, crafts, and innovations from small and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs).

Hon. Sunny Oche while touring exhibition stands, expressed admiration for the creativity and resilience of local businesses. He assured traders and investors that his administration would continue to create an enabling environment for business growth both in the state and Ado LGA through empowerment programs, infrastructure support, and access to micro-credit schemes.

“This event is a clear demonstration of the potential we have at the grassroots level.

My administration is committed to encouraging and empowering our local entrepreneurs because they are the backbone of our economy,” he said.

Organizers of the trade fair thanked the chairman for his presence and support, noting that such engagements by local leaders help foster economic collaboration and community development.

The event is expected to run through the weekend, drawing more visitors, potential investors, and policymakers.
