” I will give my all” Sen. Babangida pledges for NIDAR establishment

The Senator representing Jigawa North-West and Chairman, Senate Committee on North-East Development Commission has pledged to give his all to the establishment of the proposed National Institute of Drugs Awareness and Rehabilitation (NIDAR).

Sen. Babangida made the revelation yesterday during the public hearing for an ACT to establish National Institute of Drugs Awareness and Rehabilitation (NIDAR).

” I will give my all to ensure that we address the issues of drug menace. And I think what distinguished Senator Rufai Hanga is doing by bringing new dimension, perspective to the management of abuse.”

While calling on the Senate to expedient action for expeditious passage aligned with the position of the bill.

“I align myself with the position of the bill, and I’m happy to see the diversity of the respondents that are here.
