First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has urged women of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to take the message and achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration to the grassroots ahead of the 2027 general elections.

She made the call at the one-day Women Stakeholders Mobilisation and Empowerment Pre-Inaugural Summit, convened by the First Lady in Abuja, with the theme, “Renewed Hope Agenda 2.0: From Reform to Prosperity.”

Senator Oluremi Tinubu said APC women had a critical role to play in explaining government policies and programmes to Nigerians at the grassroots, urging them to return to their respective states and communities to engage citizens and mobilise support.

According to her, the Renewed Hope Agenda 2.0 was more than a slogan, but represented the administration’s direction towards economic recovery and prosperity. She highlighted the government’s efforts in economic stabilisation, inflation reduction, growth in foreign reserves, increased investor interest and enhanced support for farmers.

The First Lady also commended APC women across the country for their support, prayers and commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, urging them to work collectively with stakeholders in the Presidency, National Assembly and state structures to ensure that the administration’s message reaches communities across the country.

Both speakers urged APC women to strengthen cooperation, maintain unity and sustain grassroots engagement as the party prepares for the next general elections.
