Bayelsa AWCF Chapter approach Amgbare

In a move to foster collaboration and strengthen political ties, the All Progressive Congress (APC) All Ward Chairmen Forum (AWCF) of Bayelsa State Chapter recently paid a courtesy call to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of the Niger Delta Basin Development Authority (NDBDA), Hon. Prince Ebitimi Amgbare, in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.

The visit, which took place at the NDBDA office in Yenagoa, was led by the leadership of the AWCF, who expressed their admiration for the strides Hon. Amgbare has made in his tenure as MD/CEO of the NDBDA. The forum acknowledged his unwavering commitment to developing the Niger Delta region, particularly his focus on advancing food security, empowering the youth, and fostering sustainable employment opportunities in line with the mandates of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

During the courtesy visit, the Chairman of the AWCF commended Prince Amgbare for his visionary leadership and impactful initiatives that have bolstered the livelihood of the people in the region. He remarked that under Amgbare’s leadership, the NDBDA has made significant progress in areas such as agriculture, water resource management, and infrastructural development, all of which are key drivers of economic growth for Bayelsa and the larger Niger Delta region.

In his response, Hon. Prince Ebitimi Amgbare expressed his gratitude to the forum for their visit and their steadfast support for his efforts at the NDBDA. He reiterated the authority’s commitment to delivering on its mandate, which includes improving agricultural productivity, promoting food security, and creating jobs across the region.
