Ado Local Government Area Celebrates Benue Women on International Women’s Day

The Chairman of Ado Local Government Area (LGA), Engr. Sunday Oche, extended warm congratulations to the women of Ado LGA and all women in Benue State on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2025.

The Ado Council Boss, Engr. Oche During a meeting with women in Makurdi according to a press statement e-sign by his Principal Private Secretary,Innocent Igelle lauded the resilience, intelligence, and God-given ability of Nigerian women to foster peace, progress, harmony, and tranquility within their homes and the nation. He expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of the women of Ado LGA and pledged his continued commitment to working diligently with His Excellency, Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia (Ph.D) to bring the benefits of democracy directly to their communities.

Engr. Oche acknowledged the significant efforts of Governor Alia and thanked him for prioritizing the well-being of Benue women through various ongoing welfare and social security programs designed to uplift them. He assured the women of Ado LGA, whom he affectionately referred to as his mothers, of brighter days ahead, offering prayers for their peace, good health, and long lives.
