

The Ado Local Government Area (LGA) Council Authority has issued a statement addressing claims made by one Mr. Elias Arugu Ogbu, who is purportedly impersonating the Executive Chairman. The LGC categorically discredit Mr. Ogbu’s claims and urges the public to disregard any statements or actions attributed to him.
Hon. Engr. Oche Sunday Oche, the duly elected Executive Chairman of Ado LGC, has reiterated his commitment to the peaceful governance of the area. He stated that while a recent tribunal judgment is under appeal, the mandate of the people remains with him. The LGA Council Authority emphasizes that there is only one Executive Chairman, Hon. Engr. Oche Sunday Oche.
“We are aware of attempts to sow discord and destabilize the peace we have worked so hard to maintain in Ado LGA,” said Hon. Engr. Oche. “We urge our residents to remain calm and continue with their daily lives. We are confident that the appeal process will uphold the will of the people.”
The LGA Council Authority encourages residents to report any suspicious activity or instances of impersonation to the appropriate authorities. A press statement e-sign by the Principal Private Secretary to The council Chairman, Innocent Igelle said.
