

Ebonyi Commissioner For Water Resources Conferred Patron Of NYCN

The Ebonyi State Commissioner for Water Resources has been conferred with the position of Patron by the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN),
The conferment took place when the executive members of NYCN paid a courtesy visit to honour the Honourable Commissioner for Water Resources, Hon. Chief Chinedum Magnus Nkah in his Abakaliki office.
According to NYCN the honour was in recognition of his outstanding leadership and unwavering commitment to the rehabilitation of vital water infrastructure across Ebonyi State, the Commissioner was decorated as a Patron of the NYCN, Ebonyi State Chapter.
While receiving the honour, the Commissioner expressed deep appreciation for the gesture, noting that it was unexpected but greatly valued. He used the occasion to reaffirm his dedication to ensuring “Water for All” under the visionary leadership of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, through the People’s Charter of Needs.
He also charged the youth body to remain focused and proactive in their roles, while commending their alignment with the policies and vision of the present administration.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Engr. Chukwuma Njoku, also appreciated the NYCN team on behalf of the management and staff, assuring them of continued collaboration and support.
The event was well attended by the NYCN leadership, ministry staff, and top management.
