The empowerment programme, carried out on 10 January 2026, a media report e-signed by Aluma Moses, SA to the Chairman on Strategic Communication said the empowerment is targeted at industrious young people seeking to expand their small businesses and become economically self-reliant.

One of the beneficiaries, Mr. Sunday Ikor  popularly known as Don Sunday  expressed deep appreciation to both the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. He described the gesture as timely and life-changing, saying, “I had been struggling to raise funds to purchase a small generator to improve my shoe-making business, but God used Hon. Engr.
