Ningi is mastery in the creation of job creation initiative with multi-dimensional job opportunities and this is evident in job creation initiative that facilitated the Graduate Internship Scheme, which enabled over 1,000 graduates from Bauchi to secure employment opportunities. Additionally, he partnered with SURE-P to engage over 3,000 Bauchi youths in Community Services Women and Youth Employment (CSWYE) programs. Ningi also collaborated with FERMA to employ over 1,000 Bauchi youths in the “Public Works for Youth” program.
Farming Support and Empowerment
To boost agricultural productivity, Ningi provided dry season support to 1,850 individual farms and wet season support to 600 farms in partnership with the Hadejia-Jama’are River Basin Development Authority and the Upper Benue River Basin Development Authority . This intervention has significantly enhanced the livelihoods of farmers in his constituency. Solving the scourge of food insecurity and national security with that corridor.
Community Development Projects
Ningi’s community development initiatives have had a profound impact on the lives of his constituents. He has constructed 659 hand-pump boreholes and 43 solar-powered overhead tanks, providing access to clean water for thousands of people ¹. The “Ningi Water Reticulation Project” is another flagship project aimed at providing water for over 100,000 inhabitants of the Ningi emirate and surrounding villages.
Education and Skill Acquisition
Ningi’s commitment to education is evident in his provision of scholarships to hundreds of students, payment of WASSCE fees, and donation of educational materials to schools ¹. He has also established skill acquisition centers, training over 1,200 youths in tailoring, 250 in basket weaving, and 80 in IT professions.
Healthcare and Transportation
Ningi has donated ambulances, hospital equipment, and beds to healthcare facilities in his constituency ¹. He has also provided 18-seater buses to facilitate transportation and donated motorcycles and tricycles to support economic empowerment.
