Welcome to the annual WAEC scholarship of the Anamero Idofe Anamero Foundation program. This year’s Anamero students’ support program is designed to target five thousand students for WAEC enrolments across the three Senatorial Districts of Edo State.

*GOALS:*

1. Support education: Provide financial assistance to students who cannot afford WAEC registration fees.

2. Promote academic success: Enable students to take the exams and potentially improve their future prospects.

3. Empower disadvantaged students: Assist students from low-income backgrounds, orphaned, or vulnerable groups.

4. Community development: Contribute to the development of their community by investing in education.

*HIS MOTIVATIONS:*

1. Philanthropy: Desire to give back to society and make a positive impact.

2. Social responsibility: Recognize education as a fundamental right and want to ensure equal access.

3. Personal experience: May have faced similar financial challenges in their own educational journey.

*WHO IS TO BENEFIT*

Indigent students with cutting-edge in academics
Students who are currently in their SS3 classes in public schools.

*PROGRAM TIME FRAME*

The program is expected to be completed by the last day of November 2024, and handed over to our Principal for vetting and approval.

*GETTING TO THE TARGET STUDENTS /COLLECTION AND RETURN OF FORMS*

The printed scholarship forms shall be obtained from the Chairman of the program, Dr Edeh Waziri at the Anamero Idofe Foundation Secretariat, Ogute-Oke in Okpella Edo State, and distributed to qualified and deserving students across the the Senatorial Districts in the state.
Accordingly:

1. Committee members drawn from the 18 LGA of the State shall act as facilitators.

2. They shall ensure that they collect the duly signed forms by the Chairman from the designated office.

3. They shall ensure, they handover the forms to the various school Principals in their locations. Any form not duly endorsed by the School Principals shall be dishonoured.

4. The Facilitator must ensure that all completed forms are collected and returned to the Chairman of the Committee for vetting and onward transmission to founder of the Foundation, Hon. Anamero Dekeri (DANCO) for approval latest one week effective from the date of collection.

5. All collected and completed forms must be submitted with a copy of the student’s Third Term SS 2 result, which promotes the student to the current SS 3 class.

6. Forms bearing individual’s account number other than the school’s account number shall not be accepted.

7. The Committee will be inaugurated on 27/10/2024 at the Anamero Idofe Anamero Foundation Secretariat, Ogute-Oke in Okpella.

8. Facilitators should ensure that all returning Forms are enclosed in an A4 envelope stating clearly the school’s name, the LGA and Senatorial District of the school.
