MOUN CARETAKER COMMITTEE, A DISREGARD FOR COURT ORDER – Comr. Julius

The just constituted caretaker committee for Motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria [MOUN] has been declared as a  clear disregard for court’s orders and the ongoing subjudice matter.

The national president,Motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria [MOUN] Comrade Chief Julius Oghenevwegba Bobi, FCPAN in he addressed to the national president of Nigeria Labour Congress, Comrade Joe Ajaero through the national secretary of the Congress Comrade Barr. Emmanuel Ugboaja and dated 6th December,2024.

Comrade Chief Julius in the letter also notes that the actions are not only provocative but also border on lawlessness, potentially leading to contempt of court and a breakdown of law and order. We urge you to respect the court’s directives and refrain from further interfering with the subjudice matter.

He further  implore the labour leader to maintain decorum and avoid exacerbating the situation.

“We implore you to maintain decorum and avoid exacerbating the situation.As the wise saying goes, ‘a word is enough for the wise.’ We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that upholds the rule of law.” Comrade Chief Julius said.
