Ado Local Government Chairman Salutes Workers on May Day, Commends Their Resilience and Contributions

The Chairman of Ado Local Government Area, Hon. Engr. Sunny Oche, today extended warm greetings and heartfelt appreciation to all workers in Ado, Benue State, and Nigeria on the occasion of Workers’ Day.

In his May Day message, Hon. Oche according a press statement e-sign by his SA Media and Strategic Communications, Aluma Moses lauded the dedication and resilience of Nigerian workers, highlighting their crucial role in national and local development.

“Today, we celebrate the strength and sacrifices of our workers, the true engines of progress,” Chairman Oche stated. “From teachers to health workers, farmers to public servants, your hard work sustains our communities and propels our nation forward.”

Hon. Oche reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to a fair and supportive working environment in Ado Local Government, emphasizing the importance of timely salary payments and initiatives designed to improve worker welfare, productivity, and dignity.

“Let this day renew our collective resolve to build a more equitable society where labor is not only rewarded but respected,” he added. “Together, we will continue to build a prosperous Ado, and a stronger Nigeria.”

The Chairman Engr. Oche concluded by calling for continued unity, peace, and collaboration among government, the private sector, labor unions, and the people in the pursuit of sustainable development and national progress.
